::adding personality one entry at a time

i'd like to add an entry about what is going on in my life, but i'm sorry: i have to go develop PERSONALITY for my diary so that i can be restored to my rightful status in gump's profile.
i got a job to replace the serving mess. it is not as many hours--only 15 per week--and i will most likely try to supplement it with a part-time serving position or another babysitting job, but not today. hopefully by next week, i will have something else squared away.
other than that, not much is going on. the semester is getting under way and i really like all my classes. i am taking:
-special issues in women's studies (my parents don't know about this one, muaha)
-ancient cities
-intro to literary theory
-intro to fiction writing
i would like to give a proper play-by-play of each class and what it entails, but alas, i should probably be doing actual schoolwork for said classes.
work? who am i kidding? more like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pages of reading.
grr.
